When it's not psychological support you are seeking, but rather intuitive and spiritual guidance to heed your soul’s call. The session is led using cards and guided messages. Take home activities are given such as breathing techniques and creative outlets to integrate healing.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a scientific art in which the muscles and joints are rubbed and kneaded to release stress, trauma or pain. Massage can either be a stimulating or soothing mobilisation of the soft tissue to help flush the body and restore ease of movement.

Sports and rehabilitation massage
Swedish massage techniques and trigger point therapy to improve circulation, flush lactic acid and ease painful muscles.
Lymphatic drainage
Massage is used to flush the toxins from the lymphatic system and aids in weight loss.
Pre- and postnatal massage
Pregnancy takes its toll on the body and can be uncomfortable and taxing. This massage helps the body relax and decrease the effects of stress. Once the baby is born, the massage can help mothers' bodies return to their pre-pregnancy state. Special oils are used to nurture the skin and pamper the mind.
Paediatric Massage
This is for children who have special needs, stresses or body ailments which can be treated through therapeutic touch.
Infant bonding massage
Mom and Dad are invited to learn how to massage the baby; this is a beautiful connective and bonding experience for both parents and child.

Aromatherapy
